    No, as I didn’t receive a response I bought new cameras . The NightWatcher cameras are now just lights as they will not connect to my Wi-Fi and one stays on red light and the other flashes blue continuously.
    I gave up !!

    It was fixed in March 2019 but broke again early 2020 and has not been working since. I didn't get a response to an enquiry so won't be adding any more cameras to my system.

    It isn't so much an Application problem, it's an issue with the camera connecting to an AWS server that isn't allowed to connect to it:

    It's trying to connect to 34.242.80.47.10080 (ec2-34-242-80-47.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com)

    I reported it before, they fixed it temporary, and now it's doesn't work again.

    My camera is not recording any more 

    it is not connecting to WIFI even though it says its on line and my app says it needs an update but when started will not update. Try three times and I have to close and re-open the app.

    Ive tried reloading the app, resetting the camera even adding as a new device.Will not work.

    I have an IPHONE 11which was working fine until about 2 months ago.

    So no app for iOS now? Cameras are now just lights? We have almost a dozen and on purchasing a new phone to remote into them have found the app no longer exists to connect them.
    Support emailed yet no response as of yet.

    Has anyone had the courtesy of a response from NightWatcher?
    They seem to have made the app obsolete and thus the cameras are no longer fit for purpose. I’m awaiting a response and explanation from NightWatcher before determining my next step.

    I am still waiting for a response from camera failure over a year ago.

    Not sure if the Company still exists?

    My cameras are now just lights and I have bought new EUFYCAM cameras.

    Customer service is non existent .

    Just works as a light now and has fr 2 yrs
    Still no response
    Will have to buy new camera
    Have one on the icee app at front of house and had no problems.
    Was 1/2 the price.

    Hi Ronald, same as mine.
    I liked the fact that the bright light and camera operated at the same time.
    I can find any similar products with light and camera and certainly not with the rotating ability.

    We are currently experiencing problems with the international server on which NightWatcher HD accounts are stored.  This commonly causes problems with registering new accounts and accessing live view and historical video clips from the NightWatcher 765 (as this action requires authentification from the account.

    We are pursuing remedial action (through our developer) and will publish here when the issue is fixed.

    Issue – Users cannot access live view feed or historical video clips on their NightWatcher NW760 and NW765 WiFi cameras.

    We are working together with the app developers to correct the problem and expect to have a fix very soon.  There is no need to reset your NightWatcher or your app.  Further advice will be posted here when a fix is complete.
