Error code 128 appears on the NightWatcher app when there is a problem with signing into the account. It's usually triggered when the password on the account is changed but not completed properly, but can be triggered randomly by power cuts.
Fix 1
In the NightWatcher HD app
Menu > Account > LOG OUT
Close the app
Open the app
Log in
That will fix it 90% of the time.
If it doesn’t.
Fix 2
Menu > Account > LOG OUT
Close the app
Turn off the phone
Turn on the phone
Open the app
Log in
If that still doesn’t fix it, wait 30 mins and try 1 again.
Still no result
Change your password
Open the NightWatcher app
Use forgotten password process.
Open the app
Hit forgotten password
Follow the onscreen instructions to the letter.
